Supporting Cast...

Everyone has an entourage and since I am part of that large collective of everyone I have mine. As I mentioned before my friends are my life so I have chosen to dedicate today's entry to introducing the people who help make my life worth living. (I'm sure I'll be telling stories about them so I figured I might as well make a blog for point of reference. Names to faces and all that hoopla.) So without further ado here are the people who make my heart beat:

Van DePaulo: Van is that special guy who has my heart. We met at one of Houston's local gay lounge, Meteor, where Van and his brother are bartenders. I couldn't ask for a sweeter guy in my life at the moment . Van is a self made man who is getting ready to make a splash in the Houston fashion scene. (It won't be long before you have a pair of Van's underwear hugging your crotch!) We're both family men who dream big and I see this guy at my side for quite sometime.

Logan Ash: Some of you, (Well a very small percentage may remember Logan as Aiden Ash's ex-boyfriend.) Logan and I started our relationship off on the wrong foot, since we met when Aiden and I were at each other's throats. But now, we go together like doughnuts and diabetes. When my grandfather died he was at my house almost instantly with 5 pints of ice cream and chick flicks. When my ex dumped me he was the one who sat with me while I cried. I know that no matter what happens in my life Logan will be there helping me through or sitting next to me in our jail cell. He truly is a brother to me.

Dash Wayland: I met Dash when he was brought over by Mason Wyler to our house to hang out for Marcus' birthday. I thought he wouldn't last the night since we were pretty sure he's end up going home with Alejandro and living happily ever after. (They literally had every possible thing in common with each other.) But here he is six months later a very crucial part of my group. To put it politely Dash is a penis connoisseur, but I can’t hold it against him if penis is his passion it’s the American way for him to pursue it. In all seriousness though he’s a wonderful guy whose southern ways can’t help but make me smile.

Alejandro Monte Carlo: This guy is definitely the brains of this operation, not in the sense that he’s the “mob boss” , but he has an IQ that makes Einstein blush. Alejandro is Dash’s evil twin, well, more Dr.Jeckle and Mr.Bacardi 151. By day a well to do medical student, by night a notorious party boy. Alejandro is definitely the fanciest of us all, he lives drives the Acura, lives in a high rise overlooking the park, and he’s the only one of us who can boast a vacationing in Fiji. Don’t let me demonize Alejandro though, he’s a great guy, heck he even opposes his home state of Arizona’s immigration laws. (Don’t worry boys, he has his papers.)

Julian Frost – Julian was brought into the group, he was a long time Starbucks patron of Logan’s. Don’t be fooled by his small stature this guy packs a punch. He’s our authentic Filipino, no really he’s the real deal he grew up in Manila. (And I guarantee he speaks better English than you do.) While Julian claims to be a death obsessed rage factory with an unbreakable “diamond form” (It’s a comic book thing, Logan tells me.) the boy has a really big heart and always comes through in our times of need or sadness. You’re not allowed to be depressed with Julian in your life, he won’t allow it. (Though that may just be an excuse for him to get drunk. Just kidding Julian.)

Mason Wyler – Slut Roommate.

If you’re complaining that this post is totally not about me, you couldn’t be more wrong. These guys are such a big part of me that they deserved their own post! I’m going to stick this post up in the links that way if there is a name you don’t know in the future you may return to this blog as a point of reference!

I love you boys!

Something To Be Proud Of...

It’s the most wonderful time of the year... Well, almost. It's June and that means its Pride month. I love Pride month. Most people who aren't in the know or are on the outside looking in don't and could never understand the beauty of this festival. What they see is men running around wearing rainbow flags, showing off their bodies, and shaking their asses to a remix of whatever song is hot that week. What most don't see is that this is a celebration of us. It is a celebration of who we are. It is a celebration of those who have struggled to get us to this point. It is a celebration of what we will achieve as a people. Unfortunately, we live in a world that doesn't always accept homosexuals as people. Sometimes they see us a novelty. Sometimes they see us as a problem or a blemish. Sometimes they just outright find ways to hurt us. We are a people with a strong, rich, and powerful past and that is something worth celebrating.

I want to say thank everyone who came before me and my friends, those of you who stood up and screamed "Gay is okay.", "I'm here I'm queer, get used to it.” I want to thank those of you who said having a nightclub raided by the police for indecency is NOT okay. Thank you for giving me the right to go into a club and have drinks with my guys. Thank you for making it okay for me to have a career. Thank you for making it okay for me to be able to post this blog. Gays have struggled and we are continuing the fight to earn the right to be the way we were created. A right that should not involve this conflict but unfortunately it does. These days are a celebration of this. A celebration of every victory, past, present, and future. I look forward to the day I can walk down the street holding my husband's hand as our kids ride their bikes beside us in the middle of suburbia. So please gather your friends, your family, and everyone you know and join in the celebration of our pride!

This last weekend my boys and I went to Austin Texas to participate in the pride festival and oh man it was a good time. I booked our room on one of those you websites where you pick the price range and area and they book the room we got pretty lucky and ended up in a Staybridge Suites which was perfect for the four of us who were supposedly supposed to be staying there. A queen bed for the queens and a pull out sofa for the.. pull outs? (That one didn't work, I'm aware.) But it was a great room, kitchen to store our booze, wash our dishes, and rest our heads. (Though the tub wouldn't drain and when we pulled what we thought was a hairball out, we got a wookie.) The first night of partying was out of control at Kiss and Fly. The boys were hot, the music was hot, my friend Logan was hot (No really, that boy was drenched in sweat!), and all of us were a hot mess! We danced until the early morning, shaking our asses and enjoying each other’s company. But the best part of the whole night was we went to Taco Cabana (A 24 fast food Mexican place) and had a cute little black girl as our window attendant she was so vibrant and fun and when my friend Alejandro asked her "What's your name girl?" She made our night with one word. "Precious!" We met Precious! The rest of the night never happened. I'm not sure what all this talk about some quesadilla on the floor and my face is all about. If you don't remember it didn't happen!

The next day the boys and I put on our gay attire and took Austin by storm. We saw the capitol where Logan and Alejandro started to draft their movie Baby Senators and took in the sites that were Austin Texas. My roommate Mason Wyler and another friend of ours joined us for lunch at a little hole in the wall Chili place. (Great food, but if you're a bottom boy I'd suggest you pass on this one.) After a quick nap and marathon shower, (Yes it is possible to shower four full grown men in ten minutes!) and some primping we were off to what could possibly be the lamest pride parade in history. (Sorry Austin.)

I met up with porn stars Dominic Brown, Jayden Grey, Cameron Marshall, Parker Perry, and Mason Wyler and we partied the night away at Club Rain. (Kiss and Fly was so packed that everyone was having trouble breathing! It was nuts!) Rain was packed but the porn stars took over a corner with a cage and a stripper pole and made our own private VIP room. (No we're not snobs; just no one approached us except to take photos!) It was a blast! We partied all night! Though, I've come to find as far as looks go Austin's gay crowd is seriously lacking, except at Whataburger. That's right... The hottest gay men in Austin are at Whataburger at 3am.

Austin was a blast! We stopped to go caving and shopping on our way home as well. (Relevant detail because here is a ton of photos from our weekend!)

Who This Be?

Who This Be?

Where have you been? Don't blame this on me! I've been right here! Okay, maybe I haven't given Porterphilia the attention and love it deserves but it is time for your addiction to begin. Starting.... NOW!

My name is Porter Wescott and I'm about to become your new best friend. (Please note this is hypothetical and I'd be a little freaked out if you showed up at my front door ready to hang out.) I suppose it is time for introductions all around, this means you too! (There is a comment box below!) I was born in a small town in Texas and spent my youth in that area. Most gay boys despise small towns, especially small Texas towns, but I adored my childhood there. I was a cheerleader my entire life and if you're rolling your eyes and calling me femme you must not know the first thing about cheer. For one, cheer is one of the most dangerous sports in the world; baseball players don't fall off a pyramid and break their necks! Also, if it weren't for cheering and tumbling I wouldn't have this body for all of you to make goo-goo eyes at! So let’s reverse those eye rolls gentlemen and say "Thank you baby Jesus that Porter is a cheer boy!"

I moved to Houston for my one true love after high school, though he ended up not being the Prince Charming I thought he was but that's okay everything happens for a reason right? I'm really happy with where I am right now... Someone once said "You have to go through a lot of shit to get to the good stuff." and I've had my fair share of boo on life moments. A few crazy ex-boyfriends, some friends who aren't the friends they should have been to me, and I've even been fired from a job I loved over my choice to entertain you all. Everything in my life has been a stepping stone that has led me to where I am, and I like what I see.

Most of you know me as Mason Wyler's roommate. So I'm assuming you're all making the assumption that I'm the same "Cum Guzzling Slut" that he is. Nothing could be further from the truth. While I do thoroughly enjoy being a member of "The House of Wyler", I'm not one of the resident holes that claim to be constantly open for business. I may do porn but I'm still a hopeless romantic. I am seeing a wonderful guy, Van, and he's the only thing I need filling my hole off set. (But I'm still a huge flirt. I can't help it! I like cute boys and cute boys like me!) The people I surround myself with are incredibly important to me. My friends are my everything, I don't look at them as friends, I look at them as the family I have chosen to build. (But more on these boys later.)

I've been lucky enough to work for Randy Blue a company that has done so much for me as I'm introduced into the industry. I can't thank the guys there enough for how kind and supportive they've been to me. I'm going to work for Randy as long as he'll have me! Aside from Randy Blue, I frequently dance at night clubs in the Houston area and would like to expand my horizons and maybe start doing some appearances, not only to get my name out there but to meet everyone who makes my going to work possible, without y'all, there is no me! (So if any of you know any club owners send them my way! )

Before we go on this journey together I want to make one thing perfectly clear right now. I want to be me. I don't want to be a cookie cutter porn star who gives everyone the impression that I must suck and fuck my way to the top. I want you to know Porter as I am, not how I "should be." My friend Logan put it best when he told me, "The real Porter is far more interesting and dramatic than anything you could make up." So that is my promise to you, my readers, my new friends, the true Porter or nothing at all. I will give you every up and every down. I will share my joys and my sorrows. Hell, I'm sure you'll even hear a rant or two about things that are completely unrelated to world of pornography.

I would love to go on and on and on about myself and who I am, (Yeah, I'm one of my favorite topics but that doesn't mean I'm not an incredibly nice guy with one of the biggest hearts you've ever seen.) but I have to stop now or I'll run out of things to talk about this week. So stay tuned for photos, stories, laughs, and an all around good time! I look forward to getting to know you as much as I hope you look forward to getting to know me.

Peace Out Bro Scout,

Porter Wescott
